  As one of the founding Directors of inafishbowl.com, I head up the brand and digital customer experience of this innovative content engagement platform.

  Inafishbowl.com shines a light on the reality of being an entrepreneur, by following the ups and downs of 3 real businesses (Fish) in multiple regions (Bowls). Through video, blogging and Social Media, we bring our visitors closer to real business owners and a growing panel of professional experts.

  I also own our family run photography studio in the city centre of Nottingham.

  For our corporate clients, we cover Product, PR and Event Photography.

  For our public customers, we have a great family-friendly portrait studio (with free city centre parking!) and cover Weddings in the East Midlands.

  Finally, we also have a mobile and studio-based makeup artist and beauty therapist.

  In my latest venute, I am working with businesses, charities and agencies in a consultant or non-executive director capacity to strengthen their customer experience proposition.

  I leading and support these organisations through IA and UX projects, training or business culture change programs - to help them in becoming more user/customer centric.

Over the last 12 years, I've been fortunate enough to have collaborated with some fantastic people at some of the best known brands. My career journey has taken me from design to project management, then back to creative direction and culminating in digital user experience consultancy - I've worked with organisations of all shapes, sizes and sectors and will hopefully continue to do so for a long time yet.

I've probably hit the halfway milestone in my professional life, so hopefully the peak is still to come. I have a somewhat split life between London and Nottingham - both of which I consider to be home (as does the Mrs). When I'm not working (which isn't very often), I can probably be found at the Golf Course or indulging my petrol head with Formula 1 - still tethered to my iPad/iPhone of course.
